Jujutsu

The martial art of the Samuri. Jujutsu originates from feudal Japan. It is based on defence techniques in the face of attack and incorporates throwing, hitting and kicking techniques along with various control holds. The form we train comes from the Hontai Yoshin Ryu-school with traditions from the 1600s. The style has been largely adapted to modern conditions. Suitable for both men and women.

Shorinjikempo

Balance between body and soul, hard and soft, love and strength is important. The emphasis is on training in pairs, first training defence and then countering. Techniques are divided into the hard (blocking, blows, kicks) and the soft (freeing oneself, throws and holds). The training consists of a short meditation, warm up, stretching, technique training and often strength training.Free training 3 times!

Karate

Classic karate from Okinawa. Unifies a striving for good health, balance between body and soul and self-defence. The style is known as Gojuryu and is practiced in accordance with the Tendokai Gojuryu Karatedo Association. The chief instructor is Kanenobu Iryo. Training is at all levels – from beginners to advanced. Try 2-3 times for free.
