AFROMIX
AfroPowerDance is a liberating and powerful dance with large and simple movements. A blend of African, Latin and oriental.

BODYJAM®
The latest music combined with the latest trend. Lots of attitude and cool moves. A Les Mills class.

STREETDANCE  NEW 2013!
An aerobics class with dance choreography inspired by Funk and Hiphop.

SH’BAM®
A class for those who want to sweat, dance and have fun. Les Mills SH’BAM ® is based on simple step combinations to popular music hits and remixed old favorites – simply the perfect way to get in shape.

ZUMBA®
This class is characterized by the joy of movement and Latin American rythm from such as salsa, merengue, reggeaton, and cumbia. You do not need experience from dancing or good coordination. This class is suitable for all!

 

Functional traning (core)

COREPULS/COREPULS45  NEW 2013!
We use a platform that can be likened to a balance board. We combine various steps and jumps that will give us effective training, condition, stabilization and balance. A guaranteed challenge for our functional strength.

30 min functional interval training. With help of special flowin-equipment you effectively train all the muscels in your body. Cardio- and strengthtrainging alternates. In this class you are training resilience, explosive, agility, functional strength and conditioning.

CXWORX®   
30 minutes intense workout that challenges to improve your fitness level and at the same time strengthen and tone your body. CXWORX® focuses on the muscles of the torso (abdomen and back) and the muscle that connects the upper body and lower body. The movements are ideal for strengthening the stomach and also butt, while the body becomes stronger and thus helps to prevent injuries.

SPORTCORE
Functional interval training of high intensity. Tough stations will challenge your fitness and strength ability. You train resilience, explosive, agility, functional strength and conditioning.

SPIN25 + CXWORX®
The music and the instructor inspire you to an effective and fun workout. The class ends with 30 min. functional CXWORX® training.

 

Body & mind

BODYBALANCE®
Yoga-inspired class with emphasis on both body and soul. For one hour you train balance, limberness, muscle strength and relaxation. A Les Mills class.

TRIBALYOGA
A rhythmic kind of yoga in constant movement. In this class you are going to experience the energi of motion and harmony.

PILATES
Basic exercises that strengthen the body, improves posture, raise awareness for the breath and increase flexibility and body awareness.

POWERYOGA
A dynamic yoga class with emphasis on breathing, strength, limberness and balance. The class ends with relaxation exercises.

Gympa classes

(A Swedish exercise form that can be described as calisthenics set to music, including both cardiovascular and muscular strength training. Some of the differences to other training classes, such as aerobics, are that in “gympa” you use the entire room rather than having a spot of your own and that the training is based on more conventional calisthenic exercises rather than on step combinations.)
